Located in the heart of Downtown Golden, there is a lot of potential for a good BBQ place to exist. These guys are trying and they are focusing on working out the kinks. They have done a nice job with the layout of the space, and they have decorated well in a real western theme. They are trying to get their liquor license, and they are also trying to figure out how they can not smoke everyone out when they start smoking their meats.
The menu was pretty basic BBQ, and they had sandwiches, entrees, and appetizers. I wish them luck! The sandwich I had was a little on the dry side, and needed some fixing up to meet my standards…. the fries were good and the selection of sides was a little more expansive than some of the other places around.

My wife and I ate at your place tonite. GREAT food – our compliments to the chef – the tri tip and pulled pork were excellent – as were the grilled/smoked peppers. However, my wife said that the women’s bathroom was a disaster and that she won’t come back until it’s pristine. Apparently the toilet did not flush and the sink was filthy. I love your food and want to come back. Please clean up the women’s bathroom so my wife will come with me. Thanks.
