2013 in review

The stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 9,200 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Zengo empanada

An Empanada is a sandwich, if it is done right.

This is an example of somewhere not really necessary to go get a “sandwich”. It’s name is Zengo, and while the food is good, and the drinks are great, 3 of these “sandwiches” was equivalent of one normal bite of a sandwich. It was very tasty, and there will be more discussion about how empanadas are really perfect sandwiches to come.

Don’t worry, there will be more better and gooder sandwiches coming soon…. this one was REALLY OLD!

Post wedding sandwiches

These are sandwiches from a really long time ago. I was wearing the shirt that my wife got for me on our wedding day, that says “ITS ALL ABOUT THE LAYERS”  – DOBISHWICH  And i remembered that I don’t think I posted up some of these sandwiches that I had after I recently got married…. that seems like forever ago now!

I don’t even remember what was really in these sandwiches, but I do remember that they were pretty tasty. I hope you enjoy, as I contemplate the next post I will make in a year.

Modified pastrami with hot sauce

This one appears to be turkey, with sprouts, and either jam or cranberry….
